About the Recipe
Other optional ingredients are chocolate chips, dried cranberries, banana, nuts or anything else you prefer.
1/3 cup of maple syrup (no added sugar)
1/4 cashew butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup + 1 tablespoon gluten free oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon flaxseed
1/4 cup coconut sugar (optional)
1/2 cup raisons (optional)
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Preheat oven to 350.
Put wet ingredients in a Bullet to mix
Pour wet in to dry and fold
On a cookie sheet (can use aluminum foil with parchment paper on top) scoop out batter. Should make @9 cookies. Bake 350 @24-30 depending on how crunchy you want cookies. Softer cookies check @15 minute mark.
