Quick and easy nut mix.
1 cup raw almond
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons Tamari (or coconut aminos or soy sauce)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Mix tamari, nutritional yeast and seasonings in a bowl.
Add nuts to mixture. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes
